We keep this simple and honest: your personal details stay private.
When you register we collect your name, email, phone number, city, profession and, if you choose to provide them, your employer and an emergency contact. If you submit an emergency or legal request we also collect the details and any documents you upload.
Only to run the community: to verify that you are a real member, to contact you about your request, and to show basic community statistics. We never sell or rent your data, and we never share it for advertising.
Your phone number, address, documents and case details are private. Only you and the community volunteers responsible for your case can see them. Other members can only see your name, city and profession, and only if you turn on directory visibility in your dashboard. Your phone number is never shown in the member directory.
Documents are stored in private storage. They are never publicly accessible and can only be opened by you and the volunteers handling your case.
You can view and edit your profile at any time in your dashboard. You can ask us to correct or delete your data, or to remove you from the member directory, by contacting the community team.
We keep your membership data while you are a member. Case records are kept only as long as needed to support you and to keep an honest record of community activity, then removed.
